Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Before launch: Replace “Eboora-Store”, the support email, and any business details with your real details. Review this policy against the services you actually use and the privacy laws that apply to your business. This editable template is not legal advice.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
This website is operated by Eboora-Store / legal business name (“we”, “us”). For privacy questions, contact support@eboora.store. Add your full business address here: [Business address, City, State, PIN, India].
2. Information we collect
- Checkout and order information: name, email address, mobile number, product/order ID, amount, currency, and payment status.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Cashfree. We do not intentionally collect or store full card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
- Support messages: the information you include when contacting us.
- Technical and marketing information: device/browser details and online identifiers may be processed by hosting, security, analytics, or advertising tools when those tools are enabled.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and verify orders, deliver purchased files, send transactional emails, troubleshoot payment/download issues, prevent fraud, maintain records, answer support requests, and measure advertising performance where enabled and permitted.
4. Payments and service providers
Cashfree processes payment transactions. Cloudflare provides website hosting, server functions, order storage, and private file storage. Resend may send transactional download emails. If configured, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API may receive events such as page views, checkout initiation, and purchases; contact identifiers sent to Meta’s server API are hashed where the implementation supports it. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation.
5. Advertising and cookies
When a Meta Pixel ID is configured, the website may use Meta technologies to measure advertising and conversions. Browser settings, platform controls, and applicable law may affect these technologies. Before launch, confirm whether you need a consent banner, cookie controls, or other disclosures for your target visitors. Do not enable tracking that you are not ready to disclose or legally operate.
6. Sharing and retention
We share only the information needed with service providers and where required to comply with law, protect users, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. We retain order and accounting records for as long as reasonably required for delivery, support, security, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them where appropriate.
7. Security
We use server-side payment verification and restricted file storage in this codebase. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, UPI PINs, or full card details to support.
8. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@eboora.store. We may need to retain certain transaction records for lawful business or accounting purposes.
9. Children
This product is intended for a general adult audience and is not knowingly directed to children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
